OSRS Agility Training Guide: Fastest 1-99 Agility Methods

If you are looking for the best way to train Agility in Old School RuneScape, this complete OSRS Agility training guide will take you through the fastest methods, the easier alternatives, Rooftop Agility Courses, Marks of Grace, Hallowed Sepulchre and pretty much everything else you need to know from level 1 all the way to level 99.

To be quite honest, Agility is one of those skills that can feel incredibly slow when you first start training it. You click an obstacle, run to the next obstacle, click again and repeat that process hundreds or thousands of times.

However, there is a very big difference between training Agility efficiently and simply running around whatever course happens to be available at your level.

There are methods that offer substantially better Agility XP per hour, methods that are easier and require less attention, courses that give Marks of Grace, courses that make money, and even methods that allow you to gain Agility experience while training an entirely different skill.

So, what is actually the best way to train Agility in OSRS?

Let’s have a look.

OSRS Agility Training Quick Guide

If your main goal is simply getting the fastest Agility experience possible, a very strong general progression is:

  • Levels 1-26 or 33: Complete Agility experience quests.
  • Levels 20-47: Brimhaven Agility Arena can provide very fast early experience.
  • Levels 47-62: Wilderness Agility Course for high XP rates, assuming you are comfortable training in the Wilderness.
  • Levels 62-99: Hallowed Sepulchre becomes the fastest serious Agility training method once you learn it.

That is the high-efficiency answer.

However, it is definitely not the only good way to train.

If you want easier training while collecting Marks of Grace, Rooftop Agility Courses are still one of the most popular ways to train Agility. If you want something less click intensive, the Colossal Wyrm Agility Course is worth considering. If you want profit, the Agility Pyramid, Wilderness Agility Course, Hallowed Sepulchre and Prifddinas course can all become interesting options for different reasons.

How Does Agility Training Work In OSRS?

Agility is a members skill in Old School RuneScape that is primarily trained by completing obstacles and Agility courses.

The basic idea is incredibly simple.

You complete an obstacle, receive Agility experience, continue through the course and receive additional experience for completing a full lap.

What makes Agility important outside of simply getting another skill to level 99 is that increasing your Agility level improves your run energy regeneration and gives you access to many useful shortcuts throughout Old School RuneScape.

Those shortcuts can save an enormous amount of time over the life of an account.

Agility training itself varies quite a bit depending on the method you choose. Some courses are extremely straightforward and allow you to almost switch your brain off. Others, particularly Hallowed Sepulchre, reward concentration, movement, timing and learning the mechanics.

As you get into higher Agility levels, the difference between casual training and efficient training can become tens of thousands of experience per hour.

What Should You Bring When Training Agility?

Before getting into individual OSRS Agility training methods, there are a few things that can make basically every course easier.

Keep Your Weight Low

Keeping your character light is useful because carrying less weight helps preserve run energy.

You do not absolutely need to reach negative weight to train Agility, but there is usually no reason to carry a bunch of heavy equipment around a course either.

Weight-reducing equipment such as Graceful eventually makes this very easy.

Use Run Energy Restoration When Needed

If the course causes you to run out of energy, stamina potions or another source of run energy restoration can significantly improve your Agility XP per hour.

Walking around an Agility course is obviously going to be slower than running around it.

Some courses naturally restore enough energy that this becomes less important, while other training methods benefit significantly from stamina potions.

Bring Food If You Can Fail Obstacles

Several Agility obstacles can be failed.

When that happens, you may take damage and lose time.

If you are entering a course near the minimum Agility requirement, or if your Hitpoints level is relatively low, bringing a small amount of food is a very good idea.

Summer Pies Are Extremely Useful

Summer pies can temporarily increase your Agility level, allowing you to enter certain courses earlier than you normally could.

This becomes particularly useful when moving into a much faster training method a few levels early.

Keep in mind that some obstacles may have their own requirements, so boosting enough to enter a course does not necessarily mean you can comfortably complete every obstacle without maintaining the boost.

Fastest OSRS Agility Training Methods

If experience per hour is your main concern, you do not necessarily want to spend your entire journey from level 1 to 99 running Rooftop Agility Courses.

Rooftops are convenient, easy to understand and give Marks of Grace, but several other methods can provide much faster experience.

Levels 1-26/33: Questing

One of the easiest ways to deal with the extremely slow early Agility levels is not to train them normally at all.

Instead, complete quests that reward Agility experience.

Several relatively early quests can provide enough experience to skip a large portion of the beginning Agility grind.

Useful quests include:

  • The Tourist Trap
  • Recruitment Drive
  • The Depths of Despair
  • The Grand Tree

When the experience rewards from these quests are directed toward Agility where applicable, they can provide roughly 19,700 total Agility experience, which is enough to take a completely fresh account to approximately level 33.

The Tourist Trap by itself is particularly useful because allocating both experience rewards to Agility can take a level 1 player to roughly level 26.

In my opinion, if you were going to complete these quests anyway, there is very little reason to spend hours grinding the slowest early Agility courses first. Get the quest experience, unlock useful account progress at the same time and then start serious Agility training with a much better selection of courses available.

Levels 20-47: Brimhaven Agility Arena

The Brimhaven Agility Arena can provide some of the fastest early Agility experience in OSRS if you train it correctly.

The arena normally requires a small entrance fee, and the entire area consists of obstacles surrounding ticket dispensers that periodically become active.

At low levels, one particularly useful strategy revolves around repeatedly crossing the floor spike obstacle.

The floor spikes require only level 20 Agility and can be repeatedly crossed for experience.

Using this method efficiently can provide around 30,000 Agility XP per hour at relatively low levels, which is very very good compared with most normal early courses.

You can even begin slightly earlier by using an Agility boost.

Bring food because the obstacle can occasionally be failed.

As your Agility level increases, tagging the active ticket dispensers becomes increasingly worthwhile.

Around level 40, when you can navigate all of the obstacles more consistently, efficient Brimhaven training can reach roughly 45,000 to 50,000 Agility XP per hour.

Karamja gloves 2 or better improve the Agility experience received within the arena and from the tickets, making them highly recommended if you have them.

Levels 47-62: Wilderness Agility Course

At around level 47, the Wilderness Agility Course becomes one of the fastest ways to continue training.

There is obviously one very important catch.

It is in the Wilderness.

The course normally requires level 52 Agility to enter, but a summer pie can allow you to boost into it from level 47.

One of the obstacles requires level 49 Agility, so players beginning below level 49 may need to maintain or repeatedly refresh their Agility boost.

Because this is deep Wilderness content, do not bring anything you are unwilling to lose.

Keep your risk extremely low.

Useful supplies may include:

  • Summer pies
  • Food
  • Lightweight equipment
  • A knife or Wilderness sword for webs when necessary
  • Only the minimum amount of valuable equipment you actually need

Completing all of the obstacles in the proper order is important because the completion bonus, run energy restoration and Wilderness Agility ticket are tied to a successful lap.

With decent execution, expect roughly 50,000 to 60,000 Agility experience per hour when the course experience and ticket rewards are considered.

Another interesting thing about Wilderness Agility training is that it can provide additional loot including alchable items, noted blighted supplies and medium clue scrolls. That makes it much more rewarding than a normal course if you are comfortable accepting the PvP risk.

Levels 62-99: Hallowed Sepulchre

From level 62 onward, the Hallowed Sepulchre becomes the most important high-efficiency Agility training method to learn.

This is very different from running laps around a normal Rooftop Agility Course.

The Hallowed Sepulchre is an active obstacle course in Darkmeyer where you need to avoid traps, move efficiently and reach the end of each floor before the timer expires.

It takes practice.

Your first attempts probably will not look anything like the experience rates of somebody who has completed thousands of runs.

Once you learn the timing and movement, however, the experience becomes extremely good.

Hallowed Sepulchre Requirements

You must complete Sins of the Father before you can access the Hallowed Sepulchre.

Additional floors become available as your Agility level increases:

Floor Agility Level Approx. Total XP Through Floor Approx. Efficient XP/Hour
Floor 1 52 575 XP About 45,000 XP/hour
Floor 2 62 1,500 XP About 56,000 XP/hour
Floor 3 72 3,100 XP About 69,000 XP/hour
Floor 4 82 5,975 XP About 80,000 XP/hour
Floor 5 92 11,700 XP Roughly 98,000+ XP/hour with efficient runs

The absolute experience ceiling can climb above 100,000 Agility XP per hour with extremely efficient execution and the right looting strategy.

Again, do not expect that immediately.

Learning Hallowed Sepulchre properly is much more like learning a piece of content than simply clicking the same rooftop obstacles repeatedly.

Looting The Hallowed Sepulchre

You have a choice between maximizing Agility experience and spending additional time looting coffins.

At higher levels, looting can make the Sepulchre a very profitable activity.

Level 66 Thieving is particularly useful because it allows access to the Grand Hallowed Coffin on floor 5.

If you plan on looting additional coffins on the later floors, useful skill requirements include:

  • 56 Construction for broken bridges
  • 54 Prayer for Saradomin braziers
  • Magic for portal frames
  • 62 Ranged for pillars

Looting floors 4 and 5 can be worthwhile if money is important to you, although doing so reduces your experience per hour.

If all you care about is getting level 99 Agility as quickly as possible, you will naturally want to spend less time looting.

Hallowed Sepulchre Private Instances

After obtaining enough Hallowed marks, a private instance can be unlocked.

This is useful because the trap rotations become consistent.

Once you have memorized those rotations, your runs become more predictable, which can increase your long-term experience rates.

OSRS Rooftop Agility Courses

Rooftop Agility Courses are probably the most recognizable way of training Agility in Old School RuneScape.

They are not always the absolute fastest experience in the game, but they have several enormous advantages.

  • They are straightforward.
  • They are relatively easy to learn.
  • They generally require less concentration than advanced methods.
  • They provide Marks of Grace.
  • They allow you to work toward the Graceful outfit.
  • You can often combine them with activities such as High Level Alchemy or certain Fletching methods.

If somebody asks for a simple OSRS 1-99 Agility training route without wanting to learn several different minigames and special methods, Rooftop Agility Courses are usually the easiest answer.

Agility Level Rooftop Course Approx. Maximum XP/Hour Notes
1 Draynor Village Rooftop Course About 10,000 A good starting rooftop course and an early source of Marks of Grace.
20 Al Kharid Rooftop Course About 12,000 Run energy can become an issue without energy-restoring supplies.
30 Varrock Rooftop Course About 14,000 A straightforward option for the 30s.
40 Canifis Rooftop Course About 19,000-20,000 Very popular for collecting Marks of Grace.
50 Falador Rooftop Course Up to about 35,000 Much stronger XP than Canifis if Graceful is no longer your main concern.
60 Seers’ Village Rooftop Course About 47,000 normally, up to roughly 58,000 with the best teleport route Kandarin Diary rewards make this course substantially better.
70 Pollnivneach Rooftop Course About 52,000 normally, around 60,000 with Hard Desert Diary benefits The Hard Desert Diary improves both XP and Mark of Grace potential.
80 Rellekka Rooftop Course About 55,000 normally, around 65,000 with Hard Fremennik Diary benefits A solid high-level rooftop option.
90 Ardougne Rooftop Course Up to about 70,000 The best high-level rooftop course and especially good with the Ardougne Elite Diary.

These experience rates should be treated as upper-end estimates rather than guarantees.

Actual XP per hour depends on your concentration, failed obstacles, movement, connection, how quickly you click each obstacle and whether you are using diary rewards or teleport methods.

Marks Of Grace And The Graceful Outfit

One of the biggest reasons players choose Rooftop Agility Courses is the ability to collect Marks of Grace.

Marks of Grace randomly appear while completing rooftop courses.

They can be exchanged with Grace in the Rogues’ Den for pieces of the Graceful outfit or used toward amylase crystals.

The complete Graceful outfit costs 260 Marks of Grace.

The full set consists of:

  • Graceful hood
  • Graceful top
  • Graceful legs
  • Graceful gloves
  • Graceful boots
  • Graceful cape

Graceful reduces your weight and increases the rate at which run energy regenerates when the complete set is worn.

It is one of those equipment sets that remains useful for a very very long time, especially for questing, skilling, clue scrolls and activities that involve a lot of running.

Mark Of Grace Spawn Reduction

There is an important mechanic to understand if you are specifically farming Marks of Grace.

On most Rooftop Agility Courses, once your unboosted Agility level becomes 20 levels higher than the course requirement, Marks of Grace spawn at a significantly reduced rate.

Canifis is a notable exception to this rule.

That is one reason why Canifis remains popular with players who care more about finishing Graceful than maximizing experience.

Higher-level diaries can also improve Mark of Grace rates at courses such as Seers’ Village, Pollnivneach, Rellekka and Ardougne.

Alternative OSRS Agility Training Methods

The fastest method is not automatically the best method for every player.

Sometimes you want something easier.

Sometimes you want Marks of Grace.

Sometimes you would rather make money.

And sometimes you simply cannot stand running another rooftop lap.

Fortunately, OSRS has quite a few alternative Agility training methods.

Levels 15-40: Edgeville Dungeon Monkey Bars

The monkey bars inside Edgeville Dungeon provide an incredibly simple early Agility training method.

Repeatedly crossing the obstacle can provide approximately 13,000 Agility XP per hour.

With the camera positioned correctly, very little mouse movement is required.

This makes the method much simpler than running an entire course.

There is one obvious problem.

The monkey bars are inside the Wilderness section of the dungeon, so there is still a possibility of being attacked by another player. Keep that in mind and do not carry unnecessary valuables.

Levels 15-74: Barbarian Fishing

Barbarian Fishing is one of the most interesting Agility training methods because Agility is not actually the main skill you are training.

Certain Barbarian Fishing methods provide small amounts of Agility and Strength experience while you train Fishing.

Individually, the Agility experience does not look particularly impressive.

Over the course of training Fishing for dozens or hundreds of hours, however, it adds up to an enormous amount of free Agility experience.

A player who takes Fishing from the upper 50s all the way to level 99 primarily through Barbarian Fishing can earn enough passive Agility experience to reach roughly the mid-70s from a relatively low starting point.

This is why I would seriously think about your long-term Fishing plans before grinding low-level Agility for hundreds of laps.

If you already know that you are eventually going to do a huge Barbarian Fishing grind, doing it earlier can eliminate a surprisingly large amount of dedicated Agility training later.

Levels 30+: Agility Pyramid

The Agility Pyramid is a very straightforward option for anyone who wants to earn money while training Agility.

The idea is simple.

Work your way around the pyramid, reach the top, collect the Pyramid top and sell it to Simon Templeton.

Each Pyramid top is worth 10,000 coins.

At lower Agility levels, failures make the course considerably slower.

Somewhere around levels 30 to 50, players may complete approximately 13 pyramids per hour, giving around 130,000 coins per hour while earning approximately 25,000 Agility XP per hour.

At much higher levels, players can complete significantly more laps.

Around 26 completions per hour would equal approximately 260,000 coins per hour and roughly 44,000 Agility XP per hour.

It is not going to compete with Hallowed Sepulchre for raw experience, but getting paid while training a skill that normally earns basically nothing is pretty attractive.

Levels 40/50+: Brimhaven Agility Arena

Brimhaven Agility Arena remains useful well beyond the early floor spike method.

Every minute, one of the ticket dispensers becomes active.

You navigate across the arena, tag the active dispenser and receive an Agility arena ticket.

Those tickets can then be exchanged for additional Agility experience.

Karamja gloves 2, 3 or 4 increase the experience received, so they are worth bringing.

Experience rates vary enormously depending on your Agility level and how efficiently you navigate the arena.

At lower levels, expect experience somewhere around the 30,000 XP per hour range.

At very high Agility levels, efficient players can approach roughly 60,000 to 67,000 Agility experience per hour.

It is definitely a different experience from Rooftop Agility and can be useful if you simply want a change of scenery.

Levels 48-52/60: Ape Atoll Agility Course

The Ape Atoll Agility Course becomes available to players who have progressed far enough through Monkey Madness I.

To enter the course, you need the correct monkey transformation, such as a ninja monkey greegree or Kruk greegree.

The minimum Agility requirement is level 48, and you cannot simply boost from below 48 to bypass the entry requirement.

Around level 48, experience rates can sit around 30,000 to 35,000 Agility XP per hour.

As your Agility level increases and failures become less common, rates can move toward 45,000 to 50,000 XP per hour.

At level 75 Agility, failures are no longer a concern and rates can reach around 55,000 XP per hour.

There is another reason some players spend a lot of time here.

After completing Monkey Madness II, completing enough laps on the Ape Atoll course unlocks the various Monkey Backpacks.

Unlocking all of them requires a total of 2,000 laps.

So if those cosmetics are something you already want, you may as well earn a lot of Agility experience while unlocking them.

Levels 45-52/60: Shayzien Advanced Agility Course

The Shayzien Advanced Agility Course gives players another option around the middle Agility levels.

This can be useful if you do not want to enter the Wilderness and cannot or do not want to use Ape Atoll.

Completing the course requires a crossbow and mith grapple.

At approximately level 45 Agility, experience rates around 35,000 XP per hour are possible.

It is not the absolute fastest method available, but sometimes having a decent alternative is exactly what keeps you from getting completely burned out on Agility.

Levels 50/62+: Colossal Wyrm Agility Course

The Colossal Wyrm Agility Course is one of the more interesting alternatives for players who dislike constantly clicking rooftop obstacles.

It is noticeably less click intensive and also provides rewards that can eventually be converted into useful items.

There are two primary routes.

Course Agility Level Approx. XP/Hour
Basic Colossal Wyrm Course 50 Approximately 30,000-31,000
Advanced Colossal Wyrm Course 62 Approximately 41,000-43,000

The advanced route is particularly relaxed compared with many traditional Agility courses.

A full lap requires relatively few clicks, and some sections provide long enough travel time that you can look away from the screen for short periods.

The course can reward blessed bone shards and termites.

Termites can be exchanged for several rewards, including Amylase packs, making the course another route toward amylase crystals and Marks of Grace related rewards without continuously running rooftops.

If you want the absolute highest Agility XP per hour, there are better methods.

If you want something substantially calmer, this is a very good option.

Levels 60-80/90: Werewolf Agility Course

The Werewolf Agility Course becomes available at level 60 Agility.

You must complete Creature of Fenkenstrain and wear a ring of charos to access the course.

Players can also use a summer pie to boost into the course from level 55.

This course provides surprisingly good experience if you stay focused.

At lower levels, expect approximately 50,000 to 55,000 Agility XP per hour.

At higher levels, efficient players can reach roughly 67,000 to 68,000 XP per hour.

The most dangerous obstacle is the death slide.

Your failure chance decreases as your stats improve.

With sufficiently high Agility and Strength, while keeping your weight low enough, the death slide can eventually be completed without failure.

The course can also provide Marks of Grace, which makes it a useful middle ground between pure XP training and rooftop-style reward collection.

Once you reach levels 80 or 90, Rellekka and Ardougne Rooftop Courses become increasingly attractive alternatives because of their competitive experience and strong Mark of Grace rates.

Levels 75-99: Prifddinas Agility Course

The Prifddinas Agility Course is a very good high-level alternative for anyone who wants decent experience without the intensity of Hallowed Sepulchre.

You must complete Song of the Elves before you can access Prifddinas.

The course becomes available at level 75 Agility.

One of the things that makes Prifddinas different is the appearance of portal shortcuts throughout the course.

These portals are unique to each player.

Taking a portal shortens the lap and can reward a crystal shard.

At level 75, efficient players can earn around 60,000 Agility XP per hour.

At higher levels, rates can increase toward approximately 65,000 XP per hour.

You can also accumulate a considerable number of crystal shards while training.

Their exact value changes with the Old School RuneScape Grand Exchange and whatever you decide to use the shards for, so I would not rely on one permanent GP-per-hour number.

That being said, getting useful crystal shards while earning respectable Agility experience makes Prifddinas a very attractive alternative to rooftops.

What Is The Best OSRS Agility Training Method?

There really isn’t one answer because it depends on what you are trying to accomplish.

Fastest Agility Experience

If you care almost entirely about XP per hour, early quest rewards, Brimhaven, Wilderness Agility and eventually Hallowed Sepulchre create a very strong progression.

Hallowed Sepulchre is ultimately the method you want to master if maximum high-level Agility experience is the goal.

Best Agility Method For Graceful

If your main goal is obtaining the Graceful outfit, Rooftop Agility Courses are the obvious choice.

Canifis has traditionally been particularly attractive for Marks of Grace, while higher-level rooftops and diary rewards become increasingly useful later.

Best Low-Attention Agility Training

Rooftop courses are relatively simple, but the Colossal Wyrm Agility Course is one of the more interesting options if you want longer periods between clicks.

Edgeville monkey bars can also be incredibly simple at lower levels if you are comfortable being in the Wilderness.

Best Agility Training For Money

At low and middle levels, the Agility Pyramid offers consistent guaranteed money from Pyramid tops.

The Wilderness Agility Course can provide additional loot while training.

At high levels, Hallowed Sepulchre becomes one of the most interesting combinations of strong Agility XP and valuable rewards.

Best Passive Agility Training

Barbarian Fishing wins this category very easily.

You are primarily training Fishing, but the passive Agility experience accumulated across a long Fishing grind can save a huge number of dedicated Agility laps.

OSRS 1-99 Agility Training Recommendations

If I were planning an account from the beginning, I would first decide whether I cared more about efficiency, Graceful or simply making the grind tolerable.

If you hate Agility, do not force yourself into the mathematically fastest method if you are going to quit after an hour.

A method giving 60,000 XP per hour that you can comfortably do for four hours is more useful than a 90,000 XP per hour method that makes you log out after 15 minutes.

Personally, I think the best approach is to mix methods.

Use quests to skip bad early levels.

Use Rooftop Agility when you need Marks of Grace.

Get passive experience from Barbarian Fishing if Fishing is part of your long-term account plan.

Use faster courses when you feel like paying attention.

And once Hallowed Sepulchre becomes available, spend enough time there to actually learn it before deciding that you dislike it.

The Sepulchre becomes much more enjoyable once you stop constantly crashing into everything.

OSRS Agility Training FAQ

What is the fastest way to train Agility in OSRS?

The fastest method changes with your level. Early Agility can be skipped using quest experience. Brimhaven Agility Arena and the Wilderness Agility Course provide very strong experience through the middle levels, while Hallowed Sepulchre becomes the premier high-level Agility training method once later floors are unlocked.

What is the fastest Agility XP per hour in OSRS?

At very high levels, experienced players completing Hallowed Sepulchre efficiently can exceed 100,000 Agility XP per hour under favorable conditions and depending on how much time is spent looting.

What Agility level do you need for Hallowed Sepulchre?

Hallowed Sepulchre begins at level 52 Agility, but additional floors require levels 62, 72, 82 and 92. The method becomes increasingly powerful as more floors are unlocked.

How many Marks of Grace do you need for full Graceful?

A complete Graceful outfit costs 260 Marks of Grace.

What is the best course for Marks of Grace?

The best course depends on your Agility level and completed Achievement Diaries. Canifis is popular during the middle levels because its Mark of Grace rate does not receive the normal penalty when you become 20 Agility levels higher than the course requirement. Higher-level courses become very strong once their relevant diary bonuses are unlocked.

Should I stay at Canifis until I get Graceful?

If obtaining Graceful is more important to you than experience per hour, staying at Canifis can make sense. If you already have enough Marks of Grace or care more about leveling quickly, moving to a faster course will usually be better.

Can you boost Agility to enter higher-level courses?

Many Agility requirements can be temporarily boosted. Summer pies are particularly useful because they provide a substantial temporary Agility boost. However, certain courses or obstacles have restrictions that may still prevent you from entering or completing them below the natural requirement.

Does Agility make run energy regenerate faster?

Yes. Increasing your Agility level improves the rate at which your run energy naturally regenerates.

Is level 99 Agility worth getting?

That depends on your goals. Higher Agility provides faster run energy regeneration, access to useful shortcuts and the Agility skillcape at level 99. For players who spend a huge amount of time playing OSRS, the convenience of high Agility affects far more than simply training the skill itself.

Can you make money while training Agility?

Yes. The Agility Pyramid provides guaranteed coins from Pyramid tops, the Wilderness Agility Course provides additional rewards, Prifddinas provides crystal shards, Rooftop Agility can generate value through Marks of Grace and amylase crystals, and Hallowed Sepulchre can become very profitable at higher levels.

Is Rooftop Agility the best way to train?

Rooftop Agility is one of the easiest and most convenient ways to train, but it is not always the fastest. Its main advantages are simplicity, Marks of Grace and access to the Graceful outfit.

Conclusion

OSRS Agility training does not have to mean running the exact same rooftop course from level 1 all the way to level 99.

There are actually a lot of different ways to train the skill.

You can skip the slow early levels with quests, train quickly at Brimhaven, risk the Wilderness for better experience and rewards, collect Marks of Grace on rooftops, earn passive Agility experience through Barbarian Fishing, make money at the Agility Pyramid, take a more relaxed approach with the Colossal Wyrm course or eventually learn Hallowed Sepulchre for some of the best Agility XP rates in Old School RuneScape.

The biggest thing is choosing the method that makes sense for what you actually want.

If you need Graceful, collect Marks of Grace.

If you want level 99 as quickly as possible, focus on experience.

If you want to make some money along the way, choose one of the profitable methods.

And if you are getting completely sick of one course, switch to another one.

Agility is a very long skill to train, so making the grind sustainable is sometimes just as important as getting the absolute maximum theoretical XP per hour. For additional game-specific reference material, you can also visit the Old School RuneScape Wiki.
